    The way it's gonna work is that you can send me a PM with a verification picture. The picture has to contain you and forum name on piece of paper or on your body and your username or my username instead of the website name, if you prefer that.

    I need to be able to recognize you in that picture. You need to have some pictures of your self in your gallery so I can compare that picture.

    You could always wear a condom to cut down on sensitivity. They even make flavored ones for oral sex. You could also try a "delay" cream or spray that has a numbing agent like benzocaine.

    Desensitizing cream shouldn't be a problem for your wife. If anything it might numb her gag reflex a bit and she could take you deeper.

    I think just about anyone here will say communication is the key to a good sex life. Talk to each other. LISTEN to each other. And from a female perspective, I will say that it's hard to have too much foreplay. Lots of touching and kissing.
